Professor Obiyan holds B.Sc. (Politics, Philosophy and Economics, OAU), MPhil (Development Studies,Cambridge University, UK) and PhD (Political Science, OAU) degrees. He has published extensively on policy science, political economy, governance issues and democratic studies.
